JavaScript - Disabling / Enabling in Browser

Netscape Navigator 7.1

From the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences" to display the Preferences dialog box:

Expand the "Advanced" option and select "Scripts & Plugins". The uppermost Checkbox in the main pane will allow JavaScript to be enabled/disabled.

Internet Explorer 6.0

Click "Tools" and select "Internet Options..." to display the Internet Options dialog. Click the "Security" tab and then click the "Custom Level..." button. This will display the dialog shown below:

Scroll down to the "Scripting" section. Enable or Disable all three options in this section. Optionally, you may select prompt, to be asked if you wish individual scripts to run.
